You may have heard about a ghost tour, but an event in Bakewell is ratcheting up the fun by incorporating myths and local legends too.

Haunted Bakewell
The market town has a long history dating back to 924 when it was first mentioned in the Anglo-Saxon Chronicle.
This means centuries’ worth of history - perhaps stories of old souls too - that could be explored.
On the tour listen to chilling stories about eerie noises, ghost sightings and more.
The walking tour begins at Bakewell Visitor Centre and lasts for 60 minutes.
A special tour of Bakewell Old House Museum will then follow.
