The Old Hall Mill Business Park will also be the same site for the new shop that will open on Sunday September 15, 2024.

Heaven for BBQ enthusiasts

Blok build British made kitchen tools and cookware, steel fabrication, fire cooking solutions and custom projects. This gives you a flavour (pardon the pun) of what to expect in the new shop that will showcase all things BBQ-related.

Food experts and chefs can explore the world of fire cooking with stunning off-set smokers, fancy fire lighters, pizza logs, whisky barrel chunks, and Caradoc which is sustainably sourced British charcoal produced in Derbyshire village, Stretton Hills.

BBQ enthusiasts will be able to buy acclaimed food products such as Tubby Tom’s sauces that can also be found in Harvey Nichols.

Bespoke knife maker Ben is from Derby, who has been handcrafting kitchen knives for around 12 years.

The graphic web designer discovered a talent for making knives after watching a YouTube video.

Ben creates bespoke knives specific to client’s preference, working with machine- and hand-sanded carbon steel, choosing wooden handles, and pins inserted in the knives.

Blok knives are so popular, there is often a lengthy waiting list averaging around 14 months.

Location: Blok Knives, Unit 2b, Old Hall Mill Business Park, Alfreton Road, Little Eaton, Derby DE21 5EJ
