Derby Summer Sessions got underway in style on Friday July 4, 2025 at Vaillant Live, Derby.
It was a blast from the past as synth-pop pioneers The Human League delivered an electrifying, hit-filled headline set.
They kicked off Derby Summer Sessions 2025 in Derby’s Vaillant Live which will see performances by critically acclaimed artistes such as Elles Bailey, Rag'n'Bone Man and more in Derby.
They were joined by two other iconic acts from the golden age of British new wave – Blancmange and Thompson Twins’ Tom Bailey – for an evening soaked in synths, nostalgia and euphoric crowd moments.
