200 Degrees new summer menu includes an epic iced drink that tastes like a virgin mojito
The weather may be a teeny tiny bit temperamental at the moment, however we are convinced sunshine and good times are peeking around the corner!
We were invited to try 200 Degrees Coffee Shop’s new menu which is packed with refreshing iced drinks and sweet treats galore.

200 Degrees clearly know what they are doing and having ambassadors who are passionate about their product is a winning formula that keeps customers coming back for more.
Speaking to DerbyWorld, enthusiastic manager Scott Storer said: “They are drinks with a delicious twist!
“So the Salted Caramel Iced Oat Twist is an espresso based iced coffee with half hot, and half frothed cold milk, so we have two different textures coming together.

The extraction technique - the bean is ground more coarse - means the flavour profile is richer giving yield to a punchier brew.
Speaking of the fruity iced drinks, Scott said: “We wanted to offer iced drinks that can be enjoyed in hot weather.
“So people can beat the heat and enjoy a cooling drink, while The having their coffee fix.”
Mint & Lime Fizz - a standout tipple that we couldn’t get enough of

It tasted just like a mocktail version of a classic mojito sans alcohol.
Scott said: “It does feel like a twist on the classic mojito.

“It’s a refreshing beverage that has the minty, citrus essence of mojito but which can be enjoyed by everyone at any time of the day!”

The dulce de leche cruffin has impressive layers of lamination with a luxurious centre.
We took this home and heated it up in the air-fryer for a few minutes.
It was delicious and the pastry also crisped up well.
Pistachio crème cookie felt like an indulgent treat.
The filling was squidgy and nutty but with a delectable chew.

Hide AdFor fans of savoury food, the highly anticipated Bhaji Mezzaluna makes a comeback.
Laden with spiked yoghurt and chutney, this sandwich in a soft bread envelope was a joy to tuck into.
There is much to love about 200 Degrees’ new menu.
200 Degrees’ refreshing non-coffee drinks are perfect palate-cleansers between caffeine top-ups.
Apart from that epic Lime and Mint Fizz (we are so tempted to see what it tastes like with a shot of rum to make it an actual mojito), the menu also has vegan offerings.
