Sink a pint, grab a slice of pizza and enjoy some old school D&B
A beer festival in Derby with a bumper offering of real ales, craft beer and cider is set to take place on August bank holiday.

The Furnace Inn on Duke Street will be putting on its annual beer festival in August and the menu is loaded with real ales, craft beers and more.
It will offer thirsty beer fans 20 real ales, 10 craft keg and six ciders over the course of five days starting from Wednesday August 21, 2024.
Organisers have thought of everything and will include food to make sure beer fans don’t go hungry.
People can eat cobs, pizzas, burgers and more, as they make their way through the lengthy beer list.
Furnace Inn’s beer festival menus in the past have included Margherita and pepperoni pizza, so this gives people an idea of what food to expect at this year’s beer festival.
This article will be updated with details of a finalised beer list when more information becomes available. Here is what we know so far about the event at one of Derby city’s popular pubs.
