Machine Inn: Destination restaurant to open in Ashbourne after £1.7m restoration
A new destination eatery is set to open in Ashbourne next week following a £1.7 million renovation.
Machine Inn, which opens on August 9, will combine high-end dining with a laid-back atmosphere.

The main menu features Salmon Pastrami, Rump of Derbyshire Lamb, and Chocolate Delice, as well as Mussels and Soy Glazed Celeriac.
Sunday’s will offer a range of roast dinner options.
The expansive bar will offer a selection of beverages and bar snacks, making it the perfect place for both casual drinks and special occasions.
The cocktail list offers classics such as Espresso Martinis, as well as local and seasonal selections including a Cherry Bakewell Sour and Chilli & Mango Margarita.
