Top beer festivals of 2025 unveiled where you can enjoy craft beer and funky cider across Derbyshire

Explore the best beer festivals in Derbyshire for 2025, where you can enjoy a pint and learn about craft beers.

Summer is well and truly here which also means getting out and about, supporting your local boozer and sinking a pint in the sun.

Luckily for us Derby wears its badge loud and proud of Real Ale City making it one of the best places in the UK to sink a pint.

We honestly don't think there is much that can beat enjoying an ice cold beer in a bustling environment on a hot summer’s day.

The drinking experience is rendered all the better when patrons are friendly and there is a varied choice of tipples available.

Another great thing about beer festivals is the educational aspect.

You can learn more about beers, real ale and craft beer, talking to breweries and suppliers to learn more about them as local businesses while trying new beers that may not be on your radar.

We have included a list of what to expect at the festivals if a beer list is available.

Keep an eye out on the beer festival organisers’ social media pages for updates on the finalised beer list, as this is often undertaken a few days before the festival.

Some festivals are ticketed, some may charge for beer glass rental, please check with the venue prior to travelling out for this information.

Honorary mention to Suds & Soda, who don’t have a specific beer festival but who host regular tap take-overs during the year.
