The most expensive streets in Derby have been identified by property experts.
Professional fast sales company Property Solvers tracked average sold price data from HM Land Registry since 2019 to see where the highest and lowest-priced homes are located across the Derby postcodes.

“It’s therefore worth noting that, in recent years, a property on Burton Road (DE23) sold for £1,888,027 and, at the other end of the market, there were properties that sold for £30,000 and under on Magnus Court (DE21), Brindley Court (DE21) and Brindley Court (DE21),” he concludes.
