The property, which has previously had planning consent for 14 apartments, stands in a prominent location along London Road in Derby and within easy reach of both Pride Park and the city centre.
The listings states that the church is "suitable for a wide range of commercial and/or residential conversion or redevelopment opportunities", along with alternative uses, which would be subject to obtaining necessary planning permissions.
The 0.18 acre site can also be access from both London Road and Taylor Street.
The auction is set to take place with SDL Property Auctions on Thursday, August 31, 2023 from 10am, which can be watched live through the auction house website.
