Derbyshire Police launch dashcam appeal after fatal collision in Peak District

Derbyshire Police launched the appeal today (Monday, May 12, 2025)

Derbyshire Police are appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage after a fatal collision in Stoney Middleton.

Officers were called to the collision in The Dale, at 3.50am on Saturday May 10, 2025.

The incident involved a VW Polo which had left the road and collided with a tree.

The driver of the Polo, a man in his teens, suffered serious injuries and died at the scene. His family are aware and our thoughts are with them at this time.
