Big decisions for Paul Warne in Derby County predicted XI vs Fleetwood Town
Derby County face a chance to bounce back as they make the trip to last placed Fleetwood Town.
They come off the back of a heartbreaking last minute defeat to promotion rivals Peterborough United in a 3-2 thriller at Pride Park.

He will be hoping that his players can bounce back in what is a great chance for the Rams to get back to winning ways and have a chance to move up to third place in League One.
Here is the predicted XI vs Fleetwood:
Formation: 4-4-2
Goalkeeper: Joe Wildsmith

Joe Wildsmith conceded three times last weekend just for the second time this season, however, that is no knock on the quality of the Rams' shotstopper.
He was pressured heavily by the Peterborough attack and will likely be in for a more quiet game against Fleetwood.

Craig Forsyth has been solid recently, but he played his weakest game of the season on Saturday with a very poor performance. If he doesn't improve, then it could be likely that Callum Elder could take his place.
Forsyth will need a great performance this weekend to keep his place.
Centre back: Eiran Cashin

Deespite the Rams conceding three goals last weekend, Cashin was still fantastic at the back. The club recently triggered a clause in his contract to keep the Irishman at Pride Park for an extra year which will be great news for Paul Warne and Rams fans.
Centre back: Curtis Nelson

Curtis Nelson had a lot to cope with against Peterborough on Saturday, it should be an easier challenge on Saturday against a Fleetwood Town side who have scored 23 goals less than the Rams.

Joe Ward will be the likely replacement for Ryan Nyambe who has been called up to the Africa Cup of Nations and will be out for at least a month.
Ward will really need to step up as recently he has given up two penalties whilst trying to defend for the Rams. He needs to improve.
Centre midfield: Max Bird

Max Bird will no doubt be subject to a lot of speculation during the transfer window as he has attracted interest from a number of Championship clubs. Paul Warne has stated that the midfielder is not for sale, but the Rams will no doubt receive bids for Bird.
Centre midfield: Conor Hourihane

Conor Hourihane had a pretty poor game against Peterborough, he was taken off at half time. However, it is unlikely that the Rams' captain will get dropped this weekend. He will be looking to bouce back.

Nathaniel Mendez-Laing also had his poorest game of the season against Peterborough and came off early in the second half.
He will be a key part of any promotion charge for the Rams and so will also be looking to showcase why he has been so good this season on Saturday.
Right wing: Kane Wilson

Kane Wilson has been very up and down for the Rams as of late, but he will need to improve as Derby have lost Ryan Nyambe down the right wing to the Africa Cup of Nations. Wilson could become a key part of the Rams' attacking threat.
Striker: James Collins

James Collins was excellent on Saturday and has now scored 10 goals so far this season. He has slowly become one of the better strikers in League One.

Hide AdCollins scored twice on Saturday and he'll be hoping to keep the streak going against Fleetwood.
Tom Barkhuizen needs to get some consistent form if he is to continue starting. If he starts playing in his natural striker spot more often then he could begin to find some goalscoring form.
