The 26 year-old has interested Derby according to HITC, alongside Birmingham City, Sunderland and Wrexham.
Furthermore, Derby's League One promotion rivals Peterborough are also keen which could be damaging for the Rams if he signs for the Posh.
It will be tricky for the Rams to land the prolific striker if there is genuine interest from Championship clubs, but Langstaff would provide Paul Warne with a brilliant striking option in a position where the Rams desperatley need to add depth.

Last season, Langstaff was one of the most dangerous strikers in England as he scored 41 goals in 45 games in the National League, helping the Magpies to promotion.
Derby County already have an in form striker in the form of James Collins who is currently on 12 goals in the league. Langstaff would compliment Collins well and Paul Warne would have two proven goalscorers at his disposal should he make the move for the Notts County man.
