They face Leyton Orient who sit in 16th place, a fairly average first half of the season for the newly-promoted side after they won League Two last season.
'Desperate for a win'
Derby's opponents at the weekend will be desperate for a win as they haven't won in their past seven league games.
Richie Wellens' side have struggled to close out games in recent weeks which has caused a slight slide down the league table.

Who to watch out for
Leyton Orient haven't been the most successful going forward for the past few weeks, however they do have a threat up front in the form of 23 year-old striker Ruel Sotiriou.
In 19 games, Sotiriou has scored six goals and assisted twice and is tied on goals with Derby's Martyn Waghorn.
Orient's striker has a lot of pace and tends to play behind a striker where he can have the ball laid off to let him run in behind.

Hide AdThe Rams will need to be concious of him and the likes of Eiran Cashin and Curtis Nelson will have to mark Sotiriou tightly to minimize his threat.
Tyreece John-Jules has been a danger man for the Rams since he returned from injury. The Arsenal loanee has scored in both of his games coming off the bench since he returned to the first team.
John-Jules' ability to break free and get into one-on-one scenarios with the keeper is different to anything that Derby have had so far and so Paul Warne will be keen to get him onto the pitch on Saturday afternoon.
Predictions
Paul Warne will be expecting his side to take control on Saturday. Derby's recent form compared to Orient's has been excellent and expectations will be high from the travelling Rams fans.

Derby will have to be careful not to underestimate their opponents however who did show that early on in the season, they are capable of snatching a big result.
Only time will tell to see if the Rams can make it five wins in a row.
