Sibley has been getting more of a run in the team lately and could be a big part of Derby's push for promotion.
Ahead of Saturday's game against Bristol Rovers, he spoke to Rams TV about the run in and his role in the side.
He said: "There aren't many games left now, so it's all about consistency. If I can help defensively and also have a threat going forward then that's important. I need to do everything I can to keep playing the way I've been and that's the same with all the lads.

After two losses in a row, Saturday's win at Pride Park was crucial in making sure that Paul Warne's side didn't find themselves in a rut. The win was one of the better performances of the season.
Sibley says that he knows just how important it was to get back to winning ways: "It was important to get that win. We had probably put pressure on ourselves because we knew we'd lost the last two matches, so we needed a good performance.
"It's all about reaction, you always have anoter match to put it right and hopefully we can get everyone going now and kick on."

However, with rivals like Bolton, Barnsley and Peterborough all in a similar position to the Rams, it won't be an easy task.
Sibley, 22, came through Derby's academy and has been a part of the first team since 2019. As a player that has seen all the recent struggles, he is desperate to help with the promotion efforts.
He added: "It would be unbelievable. There have been a lot of ups and downs and, for the whole club, they would deserve it.
"For us to get promoted and be back in the Championship is the main thing. If we could achieve promotion this season, it would make a lot of people happy and Derby County need to be back up there."
