"I think when you go in and keep winning, it does give the lads a bit of a boost. It was a bit of a set back against Peterborough but you’re not going to win every game but its how you bounce back.
"We’re certainly going to need to on Saturday because they’ve just got a new manager and they’ll want to show him what they can do."

Hide AdCollins is in top form at the moment, netting 10 goals in the league including two in the previous match. On a more personal note, the 33 year-old is delighted with his form. He added: "Im really pleased, I’m getting a good run of games now, I feel fit, I’m healthy.
"It’s a good place to be but I want more and I want to get as many as I can and try to get this team promoted."
The Rams come off the back of a four game stretch over Christmas. They picked up three wins and the loss to Peterborough, something that Collins admits is frustrating for the players.

"Losing to Peterborough who we’re up there competing against to get promoted is tough. But being totally honest I think they deserved a draw at least because they were probably one of the better sides we’ve played this year."
They face a Fleetwood Town who appointed their third manager of the season on New Year's Eve in the form of former Liverpool, Stoke and Blackpool midfielder Charlie Adam.

Hide AdCollins said that it will be tricky, despite Fleetwood sitting at the bottom of the table. He said: "It can be a tricky one, a new manager comes in and I think they’ll fancy it.
"But its about how we perform and can we bounce back, you have to go to these places and win.
"Its going to be a tough game but we need to concentrate on ourselves and just get the victory."
Saturday's game kicks off at 12:45pm at Highbury Stadium in Fleetwood.
