Derby County survived a tense affair last night as they beat local rivals Burton Albion 3-2 after a late winner from captain Conor Hourihane.
The Rams went 2-0 up early in the second half but allowed Burton back into the game as they went into added time drawing at 2-2.

Star defender Eiran Cashin spoke to Rams TV following the game and was full of praise for Hourihane after his late winner.
He said: "We made it a little bit hard for ourselves but Conor did what he does best. He's been doing that for years, it was a great finish from him.
"The feeling in the dressing room is great right now, it feels better when it's late on but hopefully we don't keep leaving it until last minute!"

Hide AdDerby now have 10 wins from 12 games and are undoubtedly the most in form team in League One. However whilst they had the lead, Cashin said that complacency may have crept in against the Brewers.
He added: "I think we maybe got a little complacent. We're a point off top spot now but we can still get better and that shows the levels and standards we aspire to get to.
"We got a bit sloppy and had a bit of a wobble, but that's what good teams do; you win when you're maybe not playing at 100% or have a bit of a tough spell."
The late winner from Conor Hourihane was the Derby captain's fourth goal of the season, Cashin says it is both on and off the pitch that he makes a difference.

"I think if it would have ended up a draw it would have felt like a loss. We didn't make it easy for ourselves, but I'm buzzing to win."
The Rams' next game comes on Saturday afternoon as they make the trip to Lincoln City with the chance to end the day top of League One.
