After earning promotion, one of Paul Warne’s first tasks is trying to keep some of his star players at Pride Park.
The Rams have a number of players both running out of contract and also wanted by other clubs and so it could be tricky to keep some of the top names at the club.
Contracts expire at the end of June and the transfer window rumour mill has already begun.
But which are the most important players for Paul Warne to keep at Derby and who will he be able to keep hold of.

1. Louie Sibley
Louie Sibley's contract is running out this summer, the midfielder's value is too high for the Rams to let him go on a free. Furthemore, Sibley was excellent towards the end of the season and could be a vital part of Derby's squad in the Championship should they re-sign him this summer. Photo: Cameron Howard

2. Liam Thompson
Much like Sibley, Thompson has a lot of potential, making his value too high to let him leave for free. His contract is also expiring in the summer and could be a good replacement for Max Bird if the Rams decide to sign him to a long term deal. | Getty Images

3. Eiran Cashin
Eiran Cashin almost left for Brighton last summer when a deal fell through on transfer deadline day. The defender signed a new contract at Pride Park but will no doubt attract interest from Premier League clubs yet again this summer. 4. Dajaune Brown
Brown has shown just how much potential he has this season after an excellent loan spell at Gateshead in the National League. The 18-year-old striker has attracted interest from both Sunderland and Newcastle. His poential is sky high and he could become a future star, Derby need to try and keep Brown at Pride Park. | Nigel French/PA Wire
