Derby Summer Sessions 2024’s new big top tent will ‘keep music fans covered come hail or shine’
The event in July will attract music royalty including Tom Jones and Gabrielle
Derby Summer Sessions, one of the city’s biggest outdoor music concerts has just added more excitement to its event.
Organisers have announced they will bring a big top tent to Markeaton Park, so people can enjoy all-weather entertainment with Becky Hill, Tom Jones and more.
Derby Summer Sessions is due to take place from Friday July 12 till Sunday July 14, 2024.
Over the course of three days, Markeaton Park will transform into a hub for world-class summer entertainment with the inaugural TK Maxx presents Derby Summer Sessions.
Organisers have announced festivities will unfold under a big top tent, promising an unbeatable live music experience come rain or shine, from superstar headliners including Madness.
Rain or shine, Derby Summer Sessions say they have music fans covered - quite literally.
Peter Taylor, Co-Founder of Cuffe and Taylor said: "We're excited to welcome everyone to Markeaton Park this July for the first-ever Derby Summer Sessions.
“Under the big top tent, we're set for a fantastic line-up of live music, whether it's blazing sunshine or a downpour, we've got you covered!"
