“With so many local businesses dressed up for Christmas, shopping in the city was a real treat.

“The number of public votes is also testament to how busy the Cathedral Quarter and St Peters Quarter has been in December.

“We were also pleased to be able to treat a local shopper with a £100 gift voucher for entering in the free prize draw, we hope the person enjoys their prize.”

Visitors voted in the Window Wonderland competition by downloading the free LoyalFree app and embarking on a special trail that took them to participating shops across the city.

There were QR codes in each window which allowed shoppers to scan and vote for the festive window display they liked the most.
